In such cases, NE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or modify any order placed for such products, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or payment processed.

NE may contact you for further instructions or notify you regarding the cancellation of the order. NE shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, discontinuation, unavailability, or withdrawal of any product or service offered on the website.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to the original payment method/account and may take 8–10 business days or as per the applicable banking, payment gateway, or financial institution processing timelines.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

NE may also, at its sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address. Orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or for commercial resale purposes may be refused or cancelled.

In the event of any modification to or cancellation of an order, NE may attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account, billing, shipping, and payment information for all purchases made through the website. You further agree to promptly update your information, including email address, phone number, and payment details, to enable successful transaction processing and communication.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 48 business hours and shipped through domestic courier partners.

Nahar Enterprises (“NE”) shall make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within 4–7 business days across India. However, delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner operations, product availability, and other external factors. Deliveries to remote areas, villages, or certain towns may require additional time.

Delays in delivery may occur due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of NE, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, transportation disruptions, strikes, lockdowns, curfews, epidemics, pandemics, governmental actions, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

While NE and its courier partners shall make reasonable efforts to ensure safe and timely delivery of products, NE shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising therefrom, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or mental distress.

In the event of loss of or damage to goods during transit, the liability of NE, if any, shall be limited solely to the value of the affected product/order, subject to verification, investigation, and applicable claims procedures.

Risk and ownership of the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery of the products to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase

Returns & Exchanges

Products eligible for return or exchange must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging along with all tags, labels, accessories, invoices, and accompanying materials.

Customized, personalized, made-to-order, altered, used, washed, damaged, or improperly handled products may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund, unless required under applicable law.

NE reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of returned products before approving any return, exchange, replacement, or refund request.

Such claims must include relevant details such as the invoice number, order number, delivery proof, and any other supporting information as reasonably required by NE for verification.

NE shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, delay, or failure in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, labour disputes, power failures, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

In any event, NE’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be strictly limited to the value of the product(s) purchased under the relevant order.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or products.
