Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by contacting us at adishaliving@gmail.com mentioning your order ID in the subject line.
Cancellation requests received after this 4-hour window may not be accepted, as orders are generally processed and dispatched on the same day.
If your cancellation request is received before the order has been processed or approved, Nahar Enterprises (โNEโ) will cancel the order and initiate a full refund to the original payment method.
Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped cannot be cancelled.
The determination of whether an order has been processed or dispatched shall be made solely by NE, and such determination shall be final and binding on the customer.

Returns Policy
Our returns policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since the date of delivery, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in the same condition as received. The product must also be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, labels, accessories, and accompanying materials.
To complete your return request, a valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is required.
Nahar Enterprises (โNEโ) reserves the right to inspect and verify the condition of returned items before approving any return, refund, or exchange.
How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at adishaliving@gmail.com and include your order ID in the message.
- If your return request is within the eligible return period, we will arrange a pickup from the shipping address provided at the time of placing the order.
- Ensure that all items being returned are unused, in their original condition, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
Nahar Enterprises (โNEโ) reserves the right to refuse a return if the items do not meet the above conditions.

Return Shipping
Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning any product. Shipping fees are non-refundable and, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. NE does not guarantee receipt of returned items and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage during return transit.
Refunds will be processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Return Processing & Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, Nahar Enterprises (โNEโ) will notify you by email to confirm receipt of the item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected based on the condition and eligibility of the returned product.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take approximately 8โ10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
Refunds often require processing time before they are reflected in your account.

Product Replacement & Exchange Policy

Defective or Incorrect Items:
Nahar Enterprises (โNEโ) provides free replacements for items that are defective due to manufacturing issues or if the wrong item was delivered. To claim a replacement, please send a message detailing the defect or issue along with unboxing video proof and your order number/invoice copy to adishaliving@gmail.com ย AI-generated or digitally modified videos will not be accepted as proof for a replacement or exchange. -
Other Return Reasons (e.g., Wrong Size, Color, or Print):
For replacements due to reasons such as ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color or print, or requesting a product exchange, NE offers an exchange service with applicable courier charges. The return will be collected from your doorstep, and the exchanged item will be delivered to your doorstep. Please note that exchanges are not immediate; the replacement item will be dispatched only after we have received and inspected the returned product.
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging along with all tags, labels, and accessories.

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returns in exchange cases. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, NE will notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement request. The replacement process may take approximately 8โ10 business days.
If the requested replacement product is out of stock, you will be informed via phone, email, or WhatsApp. You may then choose to receive a refund, which will be processed after deducting applicable shipping costs, and credited to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Products: No replacement or return claims can be made for products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the website.

Claims for Missing or Damaged Products
Claims for missing or damaged products will only be processed if you provide an unboxing or product opening video as proof. AI-generated, digitally modified, or edited videos will not be accepted for refund or exchange purposes.
Upon verification of the claim by Nahar Enterprises (โNEโ), the missing or damaged product will either be:
- Resent to the same delivery address, or
- You will be instructed to return the product for an exchange.
In either case, there will be no additional shipping cost charged to you for the replacement or exchange.
